Job Summary

Leading large, complex client assignments, the full-time Texas Licensed Actuarial Director will leverage financial management and data analytics expertise to make strategic recommendations on funding and plan design while driving revenue growth through client engagement and innovative financial solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve plan performance
  • Develops and delivers financial and actuarial strategies for a portfolio of medium to large clients
  • Guides regional and global teams on deliverables while building strong internal and cross-functional relationships
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in delivering complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships effectively
  • Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Actuarial designation and current continuing education preferred
