Job Summary

Leading the Client Service Associates for the Managed Programs Team, the full-time Texas Licensed Administrative Manager will oversee centralized administrative operations, ensuring exceptional support for Financial Advisors while aligning with West Coast working hours.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Client Service Associates
  • Drive adoption of scalable processes and best practices to enhance operational excellence
  • Support associate development through feedback and alignment to career goals
Required qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
  • 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
  • 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
