Job Summary
Supporting multiple multifamily communities, the full-time Texas Licensed Administrative Specialist will manage lease administration, resident records, and account resolution activities while working remotely within the Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Audit lease documents and maintain accurate resident records while ensuring compliance
- Handle lease, renewal, and account escalations, coordinating issue resolution with onsite teams
- Monitor delinquent accounts and manage payment plans, notices, and collections activities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of experience in property management or related fields preferred
- Multifamily housing experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with property operations systems and payment tools
- Knowledge of fair housing requirements and compliance-driven operational processes
