Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Telemed Intake - Remote in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telemedicine video visits with patients using Zoom
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in neurology
• Preference for experience in physical medicine
• Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
• Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations
