Texas Licensed Advanced Practice Provider
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider for its Epilepsy Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts and documents comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations
- Develops, implements, and evaluates patient plans of care, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies
- Provides management, referrals, counseling, and education to patients and families regarding care and preventive health measures
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or higher, with completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Education Program
- Advanced Practice RN (APRN) license by the Texas State Board of Nursing upon hire
- Authorization for prescriptive authority by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
- Current American Heart Association Life Support certification(s) based on policy for Advanced Practice Providers upon hire
- Preferred: 1 year of relevant clinical experience
