Texas Licensed Agent Specialist

Job Summary

To support the appointment process for agents, the remote Texas Licensed Agent Specialist will manage the life cycle of agent appointments, ensuring accurate data collection and communication with the Department of Insurance and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor the life cycle of agents appointed with the company
• Collect, clean, and manage data while preparing reports and ensuring timely communication
• Evaluate source documents for accuracy and handle various clerical duties with high attention to detail

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Proficiency in standard office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes and procedures as required by management or regulatory entities
