Texas Licensed AP Biology Teacher

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AP Biology Teacher - Curriculum Developer (Remote or Onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops content for the online AP Question Bank, including independent question development and execution
• Writes high-quality, AP-style questions with comprehensive rationales, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards
• Collaborates with team members and management to meet production goals and adjusts content based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Biology or Biological Sciences preferred
• Five years of experience teaching an AP Biology course or freshman-level Biology in college
• Two years of experience writing assessment questions at the AP Biology examination level
• Experience as an AP Reader, AP Table Leader, or AP Consultant is highly preferred
• Research experience in the Biological Sciences is preferred
