Job Summary
To support the strategic needs of the organization, the full-time Application System Architect (Epic) will design and develop integrated application solutions primarily in a remote capacity, with occasional travel to facilities for project work and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develops design solutions that integrate with existing products and facilitate future enhancements
- Communicates with customers, project teams, and vendors to analyze and design business requirements for optimized application workflows
- Acts as a consultant and subject matter expert in diagnosing and resolving application software failures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of relevant work experience in designing, developing, or supporting applications
- Epic certification or proficiency in any module(s) upon hire, with specific module(s) based on area(s) supported within 6 months of hire
- Current Epic certifications in relevant modules, including Clinical and/or Business operations, with multiple certifications preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of SharePoint and Copilot AI tools
