Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Application System Analyst to serve as a technical architect and thought leader in enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design integration patterns and maintain overall platform architecture for ServiceNow
• Provide technical and architectural consultation, while defining integrations and data models for enterprise workflows
• Mentor ServiceNow developers, promoting best practices in architecture and integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in relevant fields
• 7 years of progressive software systems implementation and support experience required
• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow is preferred
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in multiple areas
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, or related modules is required
