Texas Licensed Application Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Education & Training Division, the full-time Texas Licensed Application Systems Analyst will analyze workflows, enhance application performance, and ensure system functionality while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote capacity within Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application and reporting data models and optimize query performance
• Analyze and document business workflows, system processes, and functional requirements while troubleshooting application issues
• Coordinate and train data scientists and end users on data pipelining and preparation techniques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Two years of experience in Epic software, analysis, design, project management, or programming
• Experience supporting educational applications and onboarding processes is preferred
• Background in informatics is strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of critical infrastructure as required
