Job Summary

To establish and lead a new architecture office in Dallas, Texas, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Architectural Lead will manage multidisciplinary project teams, drive architectural excellence for industrial building projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, initially working remotely as the office is set up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and grow a new architecture office, including staffing, workflows, and operational processes
  • Lead architectural design for industrial buildings from concept through IFC deliverables, ensuring compliance and coordination with engineering teams
  • Direct and mentor architects and designers, fostering a collaborative environment that supports project success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited program; professional licensure in Texas required
  • 10+ years of architectural experience with industrial facilities or complex buildings, including experience with pre-engineered metal buildings
  • Minimum of 15 years leading teams and managing multidiscipline projects in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong proficiency with Revit/BIM and integrated design workflows
  • Proven ability to build processes and operational structure from the ground up
