Job Summary

Texas Licensed Assessment Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for managing intake assessments, responding to service referrals, and ensuring compliance with admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document and process inquiry calls in accordance with intake policies
  • Assess and stabilize patients prior to admission or discharge
  • Complete admission paperwork and follow-up calls for missed appointments
Required Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a related field
  • Two or more years of experience in intake assessment within an acute psychiatric setting
  • Licensed to practice in Texas as a mental health professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPCI)
  • Knowledge of the DSM-IV and Mental Status Exam
  • Understanding of the Addiction and Recovery field
