Job Summary
Texas Licensed Assessment Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for managing intake assessments, responding to service referrals, and ensuring compliance with admission procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and process inquiry calls in accordance with intake policies
- Assess and stabilize patients prior to admission or discharge
- Complete admission paperwork and follow-up calls for missed appointments
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a related field
- Two or more years of experience in intake assessment within an acute psychiatric setting
- Licensed to practice in Texas as a mental health professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPCI)
- Knowledge of the DSM-IV and Mental Status Exam
- Understanding of the Addiction and Recovery field
