Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of a multifamily portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the financial and operational performance of a multifamily portfolio, ensuring accountability for NOI, cash flow, and business plan execution
• Architect and enforce an asset management operating system across assets, teams, and external partners
• Lead performance reviews and create reporting packages that translate portfolio data into actionable decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in asset management, structured finance, or multifamily portfolio operations
• Strong background in multifamily real estate with experience in value-add and turnaround management
• Proven record of placing agency debt and negotiating complex loan workouts
• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field preferred
• AI-fluent with practical experience using technology to improve operational efficiency
