Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents and advises on all legal matters for hospitals and related departments
• Handles a wide range of legal responsibilities and assists with interpreting State and Federal rules
• Participates in various committees and meetings as required

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• J.D. required
• 7 years of legal experience required
• 5 years of legal experience in the specialty area required
• 5 years of legal experience in Healthcare Law strongly preferred
