Job Summary

To enhance patient care and education, the full-time Texas Licensed Assistant Professor in Abdominal Imaging will deliver comprehensive diagnostic imaging services, educate medical students and residents, and develop academic programs while working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide multimodality abdominal imaging expertise, including oncology-focused CT, MRI, and ultrasound-guided biopsies
  • Educate medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of abdominal imaging
  • Develop and advance academic and scholarly programs related to cancer understanding and treatment
Required qualifications
  • Medical degree with board-certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Radiology
  • Licensure by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Post-residency fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging
  • Prior research experience and publications in Abdominal Imaging are highly desirable
