Job Summary

Supporting property management operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Assistant Property Manager will assist with maintenance, tenant relations, financial reporting, and collections in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager with preparation and submission of quarterly reports and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Manage accounts receivable collections and follow up on tenant inquiries regarding reconciliations and payments
  • Coordinate tenant improvement projects and maintain property information spreadsheets, including vendor contracts and insurance tracking
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • Three years of experience in open air retail property management preferred
  • Experience in commercial property management
  • Strong understanding of financial aspects of property performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
