Job Summary
Supporting property management operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Assistant Property Manager will assist with maintenance, tenant relations, financial reporting, and collections in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with preparation and submission of quarterly reports and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Manage accounts receivable collections and follow up on tenant inquiries regarding reconciliations and payments
- Coordinate tenant improvement projects and maintain property information spreadsheets, including vendor contracts and insurance tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of experience in open air retail property management preferred
- Experience in commercial property management
- Strong understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
