Key responsibilities:
- Assist with managing assigned regions, including workload distribution and team productivity
- Review and audit packet submissions to insurance funders
- Conduct peer reviews and manage appeal processes for authorization requests
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year as a BCBA
- Preferred experience with insurance processes
- Working knowledge of healthcare communication regulations, privacy laws, and HIPAA
