Texas Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Challenge mediocrity and push for excellence in all aspects of work while collaborating with attorneys and staff
• Build and nurture client relationships and mentor junior attorneys to contribute to team growth

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Texas
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
