Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including NDAs and Service Agreements
• Managing workload within contract management systems and client environments
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve business goals

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Bar admission to any state is preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting
• Experience with M&A, data protection/privacy, service agreements, and procurement contracts is preferred
