Texas Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney specializing in General Liability, Complex Liability, and Catastrophic Loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, providing legal counsel and representation
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions while collaborating with partners and clients

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant state; additional bar admissions are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant practice area
• Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
