Texas Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to provide contract drafting and negotiation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including NDAs and service agreements
• Manage workload and priorities effectively while working within contract management systems
• Guide stakeholders based on legal guidance and attend relevant meetings

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Bar admission to any state is preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting
• Experience in M&A, data protection/privacy, and service agreements is preferred
