Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and collaborating with a high-performing legal team in San Antonio, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
• Mentor junior attorneys and maintain professional communication with clients

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Texas
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from discovery through trial
• Prior insurance defense experience preferred
