Job Summary

To support cancer data management, the full-time Texas Licensed Associate Clinical Registrar will screen cancer cases remotely, assist with case identification and data entry, and perform quality control procedures on data.

Key responsibilities

• Screen cancer cases and ensure accurate data entry in a virtual environment
• Assist with case identification and maintain data integrity through quality control procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support cancer registry operations

Required qualifications

• College level curriculum in cancer data management, health information, or a related discipline, or equivalent education/experience
• Experience abstracting newly diagnosed cancer cases
• Familiarity with ACoS approved Cancer Registries
• Knowledge of cancer registry software
• Associate's Degree in a health-related field is preferred
