Job Summary
To enhance revenue cycle operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Associate Director EHR will oversee enterprise EHR systems and integrated applications, ensuring compliance and optimization while serving as a strategic liaison between clinical access operations and technology partners in a remote capacity within Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide risk governance for technology initiatives and communicate assessments to stakeholders
- Provide leadership to teams for daily application support and guide service strategies aligned with business goals
- Support financial management of operating and project budgets, aligning technology investments with institutional priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of information technology experience, including 5 years in supervisory or management roles
- Strong Epic experience and understanding of Epic processes and release cycles preferred
- Hands-on experience in revenue cycle applications
- Successful completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for supervisory experience
