Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Associate Director EHR will oversee enterprise EHR systems and integrated applications, ensuring compliance and optimization while serving as a strategic liaison between clinical access operations and technology partners in a remote capacity within Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk governance for technology initiatives and communicate assessments to stakeholders
  • Provide leadership to teams for daily application support and guide service strategies aligned with business goals
  • Support financial management of operating and project budgets, aligning technology investments with institutional priorities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of information technology experience, including 5 years in supervisory or management roles
  • Strong Epic experience and understanding of Epic processes and release cycles preferred
  • Hands-on experience in revenue cycle applications
  • Successful completion of specific leadership programs may substitute for supervisory experience
