Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and manage complex real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Prepare and review contracts, conduct legal research, and assist in training programs related to contract processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• 2 years of legal experience in a law firm or healthcare organization
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (within 1 year)
• Preferred experience includes 4 years in business transactions or healthcare law
