Job Summary
Texas Licensed Associate Legal Officer is a full-time position that provides legal and regulatory counsel on healthcare compliance matters, particularly in billing and reimbursement, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and support compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory analysis related to healthcare billing compliance and regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- 2 years of legal experience in a law firm or healthcare organization
- Licensed to practice law in Texas (within 1 year)
- Preferred: 4 years of legal experience involving business transactions or healthcare
