Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and write on complex legal issues involving insurance coverage
- Draft legal opinions, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Manage client reporting, billing, deadlines, and other case-management responsibilities
Required qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- At least 3 years of legal experience preferred
- Insurance coverage experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of Texas state and federal procedural rules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows-based systems
