Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients
• Educate and guide patients on optimizing their hearing technology
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless patient experiences

Required Qualifications

• Active AUD license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
• Empathetic and patient-first approach
• Ability to work independently and manage a personal schedule
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home internet connection (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
