Leading complex audits and compliance reviews, the full-time Texas Licensed Audit Manager will develop audit strategies, mentor junior team members, and prepare comprehensive reports while ensuring adherence to audit plans and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to audit plans
- Evaluate internal controls, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements
- Prepare audit reports with findings and collaborate with business units to enhance compliance processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in audit and compliance
- Proven experience managing audit and compliance processes
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a plus
