Job Summary
To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Texas Licensed Auto Adjuster Analyst will review repair estimates for vehicle breakdowns, verify coverage eligibility, and adjudicate mechanical claims in accordance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiates and settles basic to moderately complex claims following best practices
- Investigates claims, reviews damage, and determines reparability or total loss with minimal supervision
- Documents claim files with evaluations and decision-making processes in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Strong automotive or mechanical background
- Experience in claims processing or automotive repair
- Ability to evaluate vehicle repairs and estimates
- Familiarity with Vehicle Service Contracts
- Located in the Eastern or Central time zone states
