Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Physical Damage Sr Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust moderate to high complexity auto claims
• Manage and support customers throughout the damages process for repairable and total loss claims
• Identify recovery opportunities and collaborate with vendors and internal partners for claims resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• 3+ years of auto claims experience required
• Insurance Adjuster License required
• Guidewire ClaimCenter experience strongly preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
