Texas Licensed Auto Claims Examiner, this full-time position involves analyzing and processing complex auto and commercial transportation claims, including bodily injury and litigated matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management
• Develops action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and communicates claim actions with relevant parties

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverages, principles, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
