Texas Licensed Aviation Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day client servicing and technical support for an assigned book of aviation clients, the full-time Texas Licensed Aviation Account Manager will lead renewal strategies, manage aviation accounts, and ensure accurate policy servicing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead renewal strategy and execution, including market selection and carrier negotiation
• Manage Middle Market and Small aviation accounts, securing required underwriting documentation
• Act as the primary contact for aviation service needs, coordinating with internal and third-party teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in P&C brokerage, with at least 1 year focused on aviation
• Deep technical knowledge of aviation insurance, including hull and liability coverages
• Strong understanding of aviation operations and underwriting requirements
• Active state-issued P&C license
• Ability to read and interpret aviation-related documents and specifications
