Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid BCBA (Spanish Preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and develop, monitor, and update client programs
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
