Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hybrid BCBA (Spanish Preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
- Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and develop, monitor, and update client programs
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
