Job Summary

Offering a hybrid schedule with 50% remote work, a Texas Licensed BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, and collaborate with families, all while maintaining a manageable caseload of 25 billable hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure program integrity
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs, including conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
