Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Texas Licensed BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, and ensure quality care while working in a hybrid environment with 50% remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
- Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure program integrity
- Develop, monitor, and update client programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
