Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment in Kyle, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans for clients
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate client growth
Required qualifications
- Current Texas BCBA license
- Experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
- Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in a clinical setting
- Strong collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
