Job Summary

Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time Hybrid BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent coaching, with a flexible schedule that includes 50% remote work and a focus on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent support

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
