Job Summary
To provide comprehensive behavioral analysis services, the fully remote Texas Licensed BCBA will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and supervise implementation by staff.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Supervise and train staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Current Texas BCBA license
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments
- Strong background in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Ability to provide supervision and training to staff
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
