Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and maintain quality documentation
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
  • Credentialed with TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, and WellPoint
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
