Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the fully remote Texas Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide guidance to families, while working 25 billable hours weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide parent coaching and support
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Credentialed with TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, & WellPoint
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
