Job Summary
Leading the clinical side of care, the fully remote Texas Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching while working 25 billable hours weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Credentialed with TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, & Well point
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
