Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting functional behavior assessments
- Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Credentialed with TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, and WellPoint
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Preferred: 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis in a remote environment
