Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the fully remote Texas Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians, and guide families through progress while maintaining a flexible schedule of 25 billable hours weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Credentialed with TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, & Well point
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
