Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Texas Licensed BCBA (Spanish Preferred) will develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians in a hybrid work environment with 50% remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure quality care
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and parent training in both languages
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
