Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide virtual clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs while monitoring client progress
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective treatment and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, and ethical ABA services
