Job Summary

Providing high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services remotely, the full-time Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to improve the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, family-centered, and ethical ABA services
