Job Summary
To support a growing ABA practice, the part-time Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst will supervise learners, provide family guidance, and develop treatment programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising assigned learners and providing family guidance
- Conducting RBT evaluations and collaborating with care team members
- Developing and modifying treatment programs and writing assessments
Required qualifications
- Current Texas licensure as a Behavior Analyst
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in supervising RBTs and developing treatment plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals
- Commitment to ethical and compassionate care practices
