Job Summary
To support a growing ABA practice, the part-time Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities, working in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling options.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on behavioral needs
- Design and supervise behavior intervention programs using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent client support and success
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and active LBA-TX
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, ages 18 months to 21 years
- At least 2 years of BCBA experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Desire to learn RFT/ACT/PEAK methodologies
