Job Summary

To support a growing ABA practice, the part-time Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities, working in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on behavioral needs
  • Design and supervise behavior intervention programs using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent client support and success
Required qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification and active LBA-TX
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, ages 18 months to 21 years
  • At least 2 years of BCBA experience
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Desire to learn RFT/ACT/PEAK methodologies
