Texas Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement programs and support member health and wellness
• Monitor and evaluate member progress, develop service plans, and coordinate community resource guides
• Conduct team training, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators

Required Qualifications

• A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with a relevant clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes
• Strong team leadership experience
• Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work
• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or healthcare management from an accredited university
